1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
The Company – WearableCode
The Website – www.wearablecode.com
The Products – T-shirts and apparel with a printed QR code linking to interactive landing pages
The Landing Page – A dedicated web page containing digital content (quotes, GIFs, interactive elements) that the QR code directs to
Business Days – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays
The Customer / Buyer – Any person who makes a purchase on the Website
2. General
2.1. WearableCode is a company that sells apparel with printed QR codes linking to unique digital landing pages. Sales are conducted exclusively through the Website.
2.2. These Terms & Conditions constitute the legal basis for all orders and use of the Website, and govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer.
2.3. By placing an order or making a purchase through the Website, the Customer declares that they have read these Terms & Conditions in full, understood their content, and agree to all provisions. Placing an order constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The most current version will be published on the Website and shall be binding on all Customers.
2.5. The Company makes every effort to ensure that information displayed on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, inaccuracies or good-faith errors may occur, and the Company shall bear no liability for such information.
2.6. These Terms apply to use of the Website on any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) and over any network.
2.7. Minimum requirement to purchase on the Website: age 18 or older, or parental/guardian consent.
3. Products & Pricing
3.1. Product Descriptions: Images and descriptions displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in appearance, color, size, and texture between the displayed product and the actual product may occur.
3.2. Product Uniqueness: Each product contains a QR code printed on the garment, linking to a unique digital landing page. The QR code is printed using advanced printing technology and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure proper scanning.
3.3. Landing Page Availability: The digital landing pages linked by the QR codes will remain available and active 24/7 indefinitely. The Company reserves the right to make changes, updates, or improvements to the landing pages from time to time.
3.4. Pricing: All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
3.5. Price Updates: The Company may update product prices and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. The binding price is the one displayed to the Customer at the time of completing the order.
3.6. Promotions & Discounts: The Company may offer promotions, discounts, coupons, and special deals at its sole discretion, and may discontinue, replace, or modify them at any time without prior notice.
3.7. Stock Availability: The Company does not guarantee a permanent stock of all models, colors, or sizes displayed on the Website. Sales are subject to product availability at the time of ordering.
3.8. Errors: In the event of a typographical error, pricing error, description error, or any other error on the Website, the Company shall not be bound by the incorrect terms and may cancel the order, refunding the Customer in full.
4. Order Process
4.1. Submitting Details: To place an order, the Customer must complete an order form on the Website including: full name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and payment details.
4.2. Accuracy of Details: The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and correct details. The Company shall bear no liability for any issue, delay, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the Customer.
4.3. False Information: Providing false details may constitute a criminal offense. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders and pursue legal action in such cases.
4.4. Initial Order Confirmation: After completing the order process, the Customer will receive an initial confirmation email. This confirms receipt of the order only and does not constitute final approval.
4.5. Final Confirmation: The order is confirmed only after payment approval by the payment processor and confirmation of product availability. A final confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email.
4.6. System Records: Order details as recorded in the Company's systems shall constitute full and final proof of actions performed by the Customer.
4.7. Customer Declaration: By placing an order, the Customer declares and confirms that:
- They are legally competent to enter into binding agreements
- They possess a valid payment method
- They agree to all Terms & Conditions
- The details provided are accurate and correct
5. Payment
5.1. Payment Methods: Payment on the Website is processed via PayPlus. Accepted methods include:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Any additional payment methods available through PayPlus
5.2. Data Security: Credit card and payment details are transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment processor. The Company does not store or view the Customer's credit card details.
5.3. Payment Approval: Completing an order is subject to payment approval by the payment processor. If a transaction is not approved, the Customer will be notified and asked to provide an alternative payment method.
5.4. Charging: The Customer's payment method will only be charged after final order confirmation.
5.5. Installments: Depending on the payment method and provider, installment payment options may be available. Terms will be displayed to the Customer at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1. Shipping Methods: The Company ships internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Available options may include:
- Standard international shipping
- Express international shipping
- Free shipping on qualifying orders (as displayed at checkout)
6.2. Delivery Times: The Company commits to dispatching orders within up to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
6.3. Production Process: Products are manufactured at professional facilities. The production process may take several days before the item is shipped.
6.4. Shipping Carriers: Shipments are fulfilled through international shipping carriers appropriate to the customer's region. Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, full responsibility for the shipment — including delivery times, package integrity during transit, and service quality — passes exclusively to the carrier. The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the shipping carrier, and is not responsible for any delay, damage, loss, or issue caused by the carrier. The Company will make every effort to assist customers in the event of a shipping issue.
6.5. Order Tracking:
- After the order is processed and enters production, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking information to appear.
- Tracking details will be sent to the Customer via email once available.
- For all shipping-related questions, customers should contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
6.6. Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment. The Company is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
6.7. Limitation of Liability for Shipping: The Company shall not be liable for delays, damages, loss, or any other issue in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:
- Force majeure (war, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.)
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Technical failures
- Actions or omissions of the shipping carrier
- Customs delays or import restrictions
- Customer unavailability at the delivery address
- Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the Customer
In the event of a shipping issue, the Customer should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. The Company will assist with coordination and information but bears no financial or legal responsibility for carrier actions.
6.8. Delivery Regions: The Company ships to most countries worldwide. The Company reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or countries at its discretion.
6.9. Inspection Upon Receipt: Customers are advised to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure it matches the order and is free of defects. In case of any issue, please contact customer service promptly.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
7.1. General Return Policy: WearableCode products are unique items produced specifically for each customer according to their personal order. Each product includes a custom print with a unique QR code linked to a specific digital landing page. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in the case of a manufacturing defect as detailed below.
7.2. Manufacturing Defect – The Only Exception: The Company will allow a product replacement only in the case of a manufacturing defect, such as:
- A QR code that does not scan at all (technically non-functional)
- Significantly blurred or defective printing
- A defect in the fabric or stitching of the garment
- A product that does not match the order at all (completely different color, size, or model)
- Obvious damage caused to the product before shipping (tears, stains, etc.)
7.3. What Does NOT Qualify as a Manufacturing Defect:
- Change of mind
- Desire to exchange size, color, or model
- Aesthetic dissatisfaction (as long as the product matches its description)
- Minor color differences between product and website image (screens display colors differently)
- Minor differences in print placement or size (within standard tolerances)
- A QR code requiring multiple scan attempts but ultimately functional
- Damage caused to the product after receipt
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care
- Removal of labels or use of the product
7.4. Reporting a Manufacturing Defect: The Customer must report any manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting customer service at: wearablecodeshop@gmail.com
The report must include:
- Order number
- Full name and phone number
- Detailed description of the defect
- Clear photos of the defect from multiple angles (required)
- For non-scanning QR codes: a screenshot or short video of the scan attempt
Important: Reports submitted after 7 days will not be processed. Reports without photos will not be processed.
7.5. Defect Review: After receiving the report, the Company will review the claim within 7 business days and determine, at its sole professional discretion, whether a genuine manufacturing defect exists warranting replacement. The Company's decision is final and binding.
7.6. Replacement of Defective Product: If the defect is confirmed as a genuine manufacturing defect:
- The Company will send a new product to the Customer at no additional charge
- Shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by the Company
- The Customer may be asked to return the defective product per the Company's instructions
- Return shipping costs (if required) will be covered by the Company
- The replacement product will be shipped within 14 business days of defect confirmation
7.7. No Right of Cancellation: For the avoidance of doubt, WearableCode products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a manufacturing defect as detailed in section 7.2. Each WearableCode product is manufactured specifically for the ordering Customer and includes:
- A custom print with a unique design
- A QR code unique to that specific product
- A link to a specific digital landing page
- Customization to the size, color, and model selected by the Customer
Once produced, the product cannot be sold to another customer, as it is personally customized. Accordingly, no right of cancellation, return, or exchange exists for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
7.8. Check Before You Buy: To prevent disappointment, we strongly recommend customers:
- Carefully review the product description, sizes, colors, and design before ordering
- Consult the size guide and choose the appropriate size
- Verify all details are correct before confirming the order
- Contact customer service with any questions before placing an order
Once an order is placed and the product enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
8. Order Cancellation by the Company
8.1. The Company may cancel an order, in whole or in part, in any of the following cases:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Customer
- The Customer provided incorrect, incomplete, or false details
- The transaction was not approved by the payment processor
- The product is out of stock or cannot be produced for technical reasons
- An error occurred in pricing, description, or any other detail on the Website
- Suspected commercial, wholesale, or unlawful activity
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse
- Force majeure circumstances preventing fulfillment
- Any other reason at the Company's sole discretion
8.2. In the event of order cancellation by the Company, any payment made will be refunded in full, and the Customer shall have no further claims against the Company.
9. Company Liability & Limitation of Liability
9.1. Product Quality: The Company works with professional manufacturing partners and makes every effort to supply high-quality products. QR codes undergo thorough testing before shipping to ensure proper functionality.
9.2. Limited Liability: The Company's liability is limited solely to cases of manufacturing defects as detailed in section 7. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the Customer through use of the product.
9.3. Financial Liability Cap: In all cases, the Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, reputational damage, or any other loss.
9.4. Shipping Carrier Liability: The Company is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays for any reason
- Damage to packages during transit
- Loss or theft of packages during shipping
- Poor service from the shipping carrier
- Non-delivery or late delivery
- Any action or omission by the shipping carrier
All of the above are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
9.5. No Liability For:
- Improper use of the product
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Natural wear and tear
- Damage occurring after receipt of the product
- Loss or theft of the product
- Internet or server failures outside the Company's control
- Device or browser incompatibilities preventing QR scanning
9.6. Landing Page Availability: The Company commits to maintaining digital landing page availability 24/7. However, the Company is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical updates, or issues beyond its control.
9.7. Content Updates: The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or improve landing page content from time to time, provided such changes do not fundamentally alter the nature and subject of the landing page.
9.8. Third-Party Content: Landing pages may include third-party content (such as GIFs from Tenor). The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of such content.
9.9. Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for using the product appropriately in accordance with the Company's and manufacturer's instructions, including washing and care instructions.
10. Privacy & Data Security
10.1. Privacy Policy: The Company is committed to protecting customer privacy and operates in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.2. Data Collection: When using the Website and making a purchase, the Company collects information including:
- Personal details: full name, address, phone number, email
- Order details: products purchased, prices, purchase date
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, site activity
- Cookies – to improve user experience
10.3. Use of Data: The information is used for the following purposes:
- Processing and fulfilling orders
- Customer communication
- Improving services and products
- Sending marketing communications (with customer consent)
- Statistical analysis and site improvement
- Legal compliance
10.4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties: Data may be transferred to third parties in the following cases:
- Shipping companies – for delivery purposes
- PayPlus payment processor – for transaction processing
- Manufacturing partners – for product production
- Technical service providers – for website maintenance

10.5. Data Security: The Company takes reasonable security measures to protect data, including encryption, backups, and secure servers. However, no security is absolute, and the Company cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches or unauthorized access.
10.6. Customer Rights: Every customer has the right to:
- Access information stored about them
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data (subject to legal obligations)
- Unsubscribe from marketing communications
11. Marketing Communications
11.1. Consent to Marketing: We may send you marketing and promotional information about WearableCode products, services, deals, and updates via email, SMS, or messaging apps.
11.2. Explicit Consent: Receipt of marketing communications is subject to your explicit consent, provided at registration or purchase by checking the appropriate consent box.
11.3. Unsubscribing: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
- Contacting us in writing at: wearablecodeshop@gmail.com
- Replying to an SMS with the word "STOP"
11.4. Transactional Communications: Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional messages (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service messages), which will continue to be sent as part of the service.
12. Intellectual Property & Copyright
12.1. Ownership: All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, texts, images, videos, landing pages, source code, and applications appearing on the Website are the exclusive property of the Company or are used under license.
12.2. Copyright: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and know-how related to the Website, products, and designs, belong to the Company.
12.3. Prohibited Use: Copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, marketing, translating, publicly displaying, or making any commercial use of Website content without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.
12.4. Permitted Use: The Customer may use the Website for personal purposes only — browsing and purchasing products — and not for commercial purposes or redistribution.
12.5. Trademark: The name "WearableCode" and the Company's logo are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without authorization.

14.2. Prohibited Actions:

- Using viruses, malware, or other tools harmful to the Website
- Impersonating another entity or providing false details
- Engaging in hacking, scraping, or data mining
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Making purchases for commercial or wholesale purposes

14.3. Access Restriction: The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, block or restrict a Customer's access to the Website, temporarily or permanently, in the event of a breach of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.
15. General Legal Terms
15.1. Governing Law: These Terms and use of the Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. For disputes involving Israeli customers, Israeli law shall apply.
15.2. Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Company's registered jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by the Customer's local consumer protection laws.
15.3. Validity: These Terms are valid from the date of publication on the Website until modified by the Company.
15.4. Amendments: The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15.5. Interpretation: In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory applicable law, the law shall prevail.
15.6. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.7. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.8. Language: These Terms are written in English. In case of conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
15.9. Independent Relationship: The relationship between the Company and the Customer is that of seller and buyer only. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, affiliation, or employment relationship.
16. Important Clarifications
16.1. Nature of the Product: The products are garments with a printed QR code linking to a digital landing page. The product is not an electronic or digital device. Using it requires a mobile device with a camera capable of scanning QR codes and an active internet connection to access the landing page.
16.2. Internet Dependency: An active internet connection is required to view the landing page content. The Company is not responsible for the cost or availability of internet access.
16.3. Device Compatibility: Landing pages are optimized for modern mobile devices and up-to-date browsers. The Company does not guarantee compatibility with older devices or browsers.
16.4. Content Updates: The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or improve landing page content from time to time, including replacing images, GIFs, or text, provided such changes do not materially alter the fundamental nature and theme of the landing page.
16.5. Care & Washing Instructions:
- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F)
- Recommended to wash inside out (print facing inward)
- Do not iron directly on the QR code or print
- Do not use bleach or aggressive cleaning agents
16.6. QR Code Durability: The QR code is printed using durable technology. However, improper use, repeated washing at high temperatures, or heavy abrasion may affect scan quality over time.
17. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
17.1. Acknowledgment: By placing an order on the Website, the Customer declares and confirms that they have:
- Read these Terms & Conditions in full
- Understood all provisions and requirements
- Agreed to all terms without reservation
- Committed to act in accordance with these Terms
17.2. Binding Acceptance: Acceptance of these Terms is full, irrevocable, and binding.
17.3. Customer Responsibility: The Customer bears full responsibility for all actions performed through their account on the Website.

19. Entire Agreement
